Workout 24/7 opens in Dodge Center

Beginning Thursday, September 29, Dodge Center will once again have a work out center in town.

Workout 24/7 opens Thursday, with open houses planned Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The Dodge Center Chamber will have a ribbon cutting to welcome the new business. The gym, which is located next to Subway will be open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Owner of the workout center Chad Radtke said he had been looking for small towns in the area to open another gym and thought Dodge Center was the perfect spot. "Workout 24/7 is a company that is aimed at towns with populations of less than 4,000 people," Radtke said. He also has gyms in Cannon Falls, Morris, Richmond, Wells and Spring Valley. The Dodge Center gym has a modern feel to it with new equipment and cardio TV. Personal training sessions are available.

"I really aim to make the gyms be as user friendly as possible - to make their workouts as comfortable as possible."
