Dodge Center's summer arts festival moves to a new location on Saturday, June 17, for a day of fun activities.
This year's festival will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at West Park.
In the Project Pavilion, a new activity this year will be the Youth Market with young artists selling their work. Other artwork and crafts for sale will include perennial plants, baked goods, oil paintings, crochet and dyes, horseshoe art, metal kinetic art and wind chimes and repurposed furniture and bric-a-brac in shabby chic style.
There will also be a community art project.
Live music on the stage will include a harp duet, The Diana Parks Band and Nathan Davidson and the Lost Faculties.
Non-profit organizations will be serving as food vendors with the Dodge Center Lions Club offering burgers and brats, Faith Lutheran Church youth having walking tacos, coffee and pastries from The Annadine and ice cream from Faith in Action.
Dodge Center Father's Day weekend activities start on Friday night with the firefighters Cook Out, finishes Sunday morning for the Fly-in Pancake Breakfast, with the June Bloom Arts Festival sandwiched in between.
