Triton Volleyball started out winning two games in Lake City on September 16 but ended up losing games three and four.
In game five, Lake City started out with a 9-2 lead. "In a short game to 15 this is a tough start and hard to come back from," Peggy Moran explained. "The girls did a great job fighting back and winning the game 15-13. I could tell as they were turning things around and starting to come back, they just weren't going to be denied the win."
Moran also noted that all night the girls did a great job going on five point runs to fight their way out of holes. "Now we just have to try and make sure we don't put ourselves in those situations."
Ashley Thaden led the team offensively that night and Kendall Osborn was the defensive leader.
