Members present: Sharon Kreitinger, Faith Hollasch, Tessa Olive, Harvey Bergh, Mark Chilson, Chris Schmit, Matt Prigge. Member absent: None. Superintendent Dr. Joey Page was present

Approved consent agenda including: Communications; Minutes-December 18, 2017, January 2, 2018, organizational, January 2, 2018 work session; treasurer's report-Bank Reconciliation and General Fund Spending; General Fund Checks, Construction Fund, HVAC and Wires; donations from United Way, Chris Schmit, Walmart, Jay Smith; Lane changes for Amy Blom, Tara Dunken, Roy Kratt, Mike Mangan, Amanda Smithers for one-half of the school year contingent upon all criteria being met as outlined in the Master Agreement; Special Ed. Para contract for Ashley Nelson; Regin V Joint Powers Computer Services Agreement revisions; early bird athletic equipment purchases; pay equity report

Cub Scout Pack 42 donated $3,200 to the Primary and Intermediate schools

Sara Clausen, Regional Director from the American Heart Association, honored Byron Intermediate School as the #9 School in the NATION for Hoops for Heart as they raised $21,470 in 2016-17
