Meeting Called to Order

Meeting called to order by Mayor Ketchum at 9:00 p.m.

Transportation Alternative Program Grant Application

Mattson presented the basic project. After discussion, the consensus was that the project would be improved by removing the north-south walk on the east side of the Triton access drive between the 3rd Ave NW access path and the existing path from County Road 34 and adding a north-south path along Triton's west property line between County Road H and the east-west path just north of the baseball field. Ketchum noted that the preliminary budget indicated a $50,000 city share and $100,000 school share for the project.

Motion by Trelstad, seconded by Blaisdell, to approve Resolution 2014-005 "Resolution Authorizing Application for a Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Grant by the City of Dodge Center". Motion carried unanimously.

Blaisdell, seconded by Jorgenson, to approve Resolution 2014-006, "Resolution Agreeing to Maintain Facility". Motion carried unanimously.

Respectfully Submitted,
