Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Dodge Center, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, on December 4, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. to consider a Variance application submitted by McNeilus Steel. They are requesting to vary up to 45' from the required 75' setback on the West property line as required in chapter 4.51, Subd 4(B) of City Code. This request is made to accommodate adding onto a commercial building.
