The Mantorville Theatre Company announces the first play of its 45th Summer Melodrama Season, "Truth or Counterfeits" or "What's My Lie?"

Written and directed by Nan Strauss of Rochester, the show opens on Friday, June 16, at 7:30 p.m. at the Mantorville Opera House, and runs every Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and every Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m., through July 2, 2017.

All is not as it seems in the life of Trudy Leit!

She lives with her sweet, old Auntie Mandy, who owns a hotel and a gold mine. But perhaps Mandy isn't and doesn't! What about the hotel guests with good credentials, but an air of evil?

What about Trudy herself - is she sweet or is she a schemer? Trudy must sort it all out and learn to discern Truth from Counterfeits!

The show features the acting and singing talents of Annie Buresh, Doreen Coleman, and Ben Peters of Kasson, Beth Regener of Mantorville, Olivia Hjerleid of Byron, Jake Dreher of Rochester, and Levi Livingood of Dodge Center on the piano.

Suitable for all members of the family, this show is sure to please!

Adult admission to the show is just $10, and $8 for those entitled to our "Reduced Rate Admission" including MTC members, students, and seniors.

Reserve your tickets at (507) 635-5420, or buy tickets online and view our entire schedule at www.mantorvillain.com. And don't forget to like us on Facebook to stay up to date with all the latest Mantorville Theatre Company news!
